B2B Lead Conversion & Marketplace Growth

- Handle and respond to IndiaMART/TradeIndia/Justdial inquiries/leads promptly
- Convert leads into confirmed orders via calls & WhatsApp
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products
- Maintain lead tracking and follow-ups ( Excel)
- Coordinate with production team for order execution
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Build long-term relationships with repeat clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements :

- 2-5 years experience in IndiaMART / B2B sales :

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Experience in custom products / printing / gifting industry (preferred) :

- Good to have knowlodge about acrylic/mdf/magnets etc. :

- Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls, and lead handling tools

- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience with TradeIndia / Justdial / Export leads :

- Basic understanding of product customization workflows

- Knowledge of pricing strategy & margins

Job Types : Full time, Permanent
