Job Title :Sales Support (Domestic & Global) Location - Gondal, Rajkot Experience**:6-10 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams
- Manage customer orders, dispatch, and delivery timelines
- Prepare reports and sales data
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Support marketing activities and business development
- Follow up on payments and maintain records
- Prepare invoices and export/import documents
Requirements :
- Commerce Graduate
- 6-10 years experience in FMCG / B2B sales support
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, ERP.
