We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer interactions, generate leads, and promote furniture products over calls. The role involves explaining products, scheduling showroom visits, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries about furniture products and offers
- Explain product details, pricing, and ongoing promotions
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule showroom visits or appointments
- Follow up with customers for conversions and feedback
- Maintain records of calls and customer details in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets

Requirements :

- Minimum Graduate preferred




- Experience in telecalling or customer service (furniture/retail is a plus)
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
