Role Description

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives for our Jewelry Outlet. The role involves engaging with customers, providing personalized product recommendations, and driving sales of gold, diamond, and platinum jewelry. In addition to achieving sales targets, the Sales Executive will support daily store operations, including stock handling, quality checks, and promotion of products.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs.
- Provide tailored recommendations for gold, diamond, and platinum jewelry.
- Drive counter sales while upselling and cross-selling products.
- Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and promotions to maximize sales.

Sales Performance

- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of product lines and new arrivals.
- Provide expert advice on jewelry care and maintenance.

Store Operations & Stock Management

- Assist with daily store operations and counter management.
- Receive, organize, and secure jewelry stock.
- Conduct quality control (QC) checks and maintain accurate inventory records.





Customer Experience

- Deliver exceptional service ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships through personalized engagement.

Key Attributes :

- 0-3 years of retail or jewelry sales experience (freshers welcome).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with customer service orientation.
- Professional appearance and grooming suitable for luxury retail.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts at an airport outlet.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or equivalent preferred).
- Training/experience in luxury retail or jewelry sales is an added advantage.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
