Job Summary: Key Responsibilities:

- Sell small appliances (mixers, irons, kettles, fans, kitchen appliances,Tv, washig maching, Fridge etc.)

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

- Demonstrate product features and advantages clearly

- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets :

- Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness

- Handle billing, basic documentation, and customer queries

- Follow up with customers for repeat sales and feedback

- Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1-5 years of experience in Big / small appliance or retail sales :

- Good communication and customer-handling skills

- Basic product knowledge of home or kitchen appliances

- Ability to convince customers and close sales

- Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends

- Basic computer or POS system knowledge

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in electronics or appliance showrooms
- Local language fluency along with basic English
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
