ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a SALES EXECUTIVE who is passionate about HEALTHCARE INNOVATION and driven to build solid CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS. This role involves LEAD GENERATION, CLIENT OUTREACH, and SALES CLOSURE with opportunities to contribute to MARKET EXPANSION and IMPACTFUL GROWTH.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and pursue NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES across HOSPITALS, SENIOR LIVING FACILITIES, NGOS, and DISTRIBUTORS
- Build and maintain STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through regular engagement
- Deliver SALES PRESENTATIONS and PRODUCT DEMOS to decision-makers
- Understand CUSTOMER NEEDS and recommend appropriate solutions
- Manage the END-TO-END SALES CYCLE, from prospecting to closing deals
- Achieve MONTHLY and QUARTERLY SALES TARGETS




- Prepare and share SALES REPORTS with management
- Stay updated on MARKET TRENDS and COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Bachelor’s degree in BUSINESS, MARKETING, or RELATED FIELD (preferred)
- 0-3 YEARS SALES EXPERIENCE (Healthcare/Medical Devices preferred, Freshers with strong skills may apply)
- Strong COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, and RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING SKILLS
- RESULT-ORIENTED, self-motivated, and adaptable to a FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT
- Willingness to TRAVEL as required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
