Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can take ownership of lead generation, client outreach, and revenue conversion . This is a high-impact, execution-driven role focused on building a strong client pipeline and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

- Identify and connect with founders, HR leaders, and decision-makers
- Build and maintain a consistent outreach pipeline

2. Sales Conversion

- Understand client hiring and business challenges
- Pitch Recruiting Genie’s services (RPO, Project-Based Hiring, Consulting)
- Manage end-to-end sales conversations and close deals

3. Marketing Support

- Contribute to content ideas, campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives




- Support execution of marketing activities to drive inbound leads

4. Pipeline & CRM Management

- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Maintain structured data and reporting on sales activities

Who Should Apply

- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Solid communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with outreach and relationship building
- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
- Interest in startups, hiring, and consulting ecosystem

Compensation

- Fixed (based on skills & experience) + Performance-based incentives (aligned with closures)
