Hiring: Sales Associate (Full-Time) - B2B Sales

About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role involves managing B2B marketplaces, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities ✔ Marketplace Management ✔ Manage and update product listings on Alibaba, IndiaMart & other B2B platforms ✔ Respond promptly to all incoming enquiries and leads ✔ Sales & Lead Conversion ✔ Follow up consistently with prospects until closure ✔ Pitch new product launches to existing and potential clients ✔ Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets ✔ Client Relationship Management ✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and wholesale clients ✔ Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution ✔ Drive repeat orders and upsell/cross-sell opportunities ✔ Recent Business Development ✔ Identify and reach out to potential clients across industries ✔ Attend trade fairs and industry events when required ✔ Reporting & Coordination ✔ Maintain daily trackers for leads, follow-ups, and conversions ✔ Share weekly sales reports with management ✔ Coordinate internally for pricing, samples, and dispatch

What We’re Looking For ✔ Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English) ✔ Experience in B2B sales / marketplace management preferred ✔ Familiarity with Alibaba, IndiaMart or similar platforms is a plus ✔ Highly proactive, persistent, and target-driven ✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills ✔ Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Sheets

Good to Have (Not Mandatory) ✔ Experience in toys, gifting, FMCG, or consumer products ✔ Basic knowledge of export or international trade
