The Team Lead role is responsible for team management, target ownership, performance tracking, and revenue growth, while ensuring process adherence and quality counselling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of counsellors
Own team targets and performance metrics
Conduct daily reviews, training, and performance improvement sessions
Ensure CRM accuracy, discipline, and compliance
Coordinate with management on strategy execution
Drive revenue growth and team stability
