Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Represent the Zen Garden project at the site professionally
- Attend and guide walk-in clients and site visitors
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Build a positive first impression through excellent presentation and communication
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
- Coordinate with the sales and management team for closures
- Maintain visitor records and basic reporting

Requirements :

- Positive personality and presentable appearance

- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English :

- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach

- Basic understanding of sales or real estate (preferred but not mandatory)

- Ability to handle clients independently at the site

Preferred Skills :

- Sales or customer handling experience
- Persuasion and negotiation skills
- Professional attitude and punctuality

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
