Job Summary

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage).
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or field sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct property site visits and client meetings independently.
- Basic knowledge of residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Familiarity with booking procedures and basic property documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software is preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license with willingness to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good local market knowledge and networking skills.




- Ability to work on weekends and holidays, if required, based on client schedules.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in field sales, direct sales, or channel sales.
- Basic understanding of RERA guidelines and property registration processes.
- Solid follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
