Provis Technologies is hiring a Business Analyst - Pre-Sales & IT Solutions for our Jaipur office. The role includes conducting requirement discussions, preparing project scope documents, coordinating technical estimations, supporting proposal creation, presenting solutions to clients, and ensuring a proper handover to the delivery team after project confirmation. We are looking for someone who can listen carefully, ask the right questions, understand business problems, and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Participate in discovery calls and requirement discussions with prospective clients. - Understand the client’s business, current processes, challenges, objectives, users, and expected outcomes. - Ask structured questions to identify complete functional and non-functional requirements. - Convert unclear or high-level client ideas into well-defined project requirements. - Prepare requirement documents, project briefs, feature lists, user flows, process flows, and scope documents. - Create Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria when required. - Work with developers, technical leads, designers, and project managers to evaluate solution feasibility. - Coordinate with technical teams to prepare effort estimates, timelines, team requirements, assumptions, and dependencies. - Identify missing requirements, technical risks, scope gaps, and potential implementation challenges before proposal submission. - Support the business development team in preparing customised proposals, solution documents, presentations, and responses to client questions. - Assist with RFPs, RFQs, Upwork opportunities, and other project enquiries. - Prepare and present proposed workflows, features, milestones,



and implementation approaches to clients. - Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and proposal discussions when required. - Explain technical solutions to clients in clear and business-friendly language. - Document all decisions, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, and agreed requirements. - Maintain proper records of client discussions, requirement changes, estimates, proposals, and next actions. - Support negotiations by clarifying scope, deliverables, timelines, and project boundaries. - Coordinate the transition from pre-sales to project delivery after the project is confirmed. - Conduct a structured handover meeting with the project manager and technical team. - Ensure that commitments made during the sales process are clearly documented and communicated. - Support change-request analysis when client requirements change after project initiation. - Maintain reusable templates, case studies, requirement checklists, and solution documents. Required Skills and Experience - 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Pre-Sales Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar role. - Strong requirement-gathering and requirement-analysis skills. - Ability to conduct professional client discovery calls. - Ability to convert business needs into structured technical requirements. - Experience preparing project scopes, feature lists, user stories, workflows, or requirement documents.



- Good understanding of software development processes. - Ability to coordinate with technical teams for estimates and solution design. - Solid written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders. - Good listening, questioning, documentation, and presentation skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing or conflicting requirements. - Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, presentation tools, project-management tools, and CRM systems. - Comfortable working from our Jaipur office from 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
