Key Responsibilities

- Generate Home Loan business through direct sales, referrals, and DSA/DST channels.
- Build relationships with Builders, Real Estate Agents, Consultants, CAs, and Channel Partners.
- Generate leads through field visits, telecalling, referrals, and networking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle the complete Home Loan process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure KYC compliance and accurate documentation.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer follow-ups.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Mandatory Requirements

- Experience must be only in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) .




- Must have an active local network of Builders, Real Estate Agents, DSAs, DSTs, Consultants, and CAs .
- Minimum CIBIL Score: 630 .
- Maximum Age: 45 years .

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

- Is your current CIBIL score 630 or above, and is your age 45 years or below?
- Are you comfortable joining on Exceled HR payroll for the initial 3 months (RM/SRM positions), followed by conversion to the company payroll based on performance?
