About the Role

HDL Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by developing new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will promote our range of heavy equipment spare parts, hydraulic solutions, rock breaker tools, undercarriage components, and industrial lubricants across the construction, mining, quarrying, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Visit customers, dealers, construction sites, workshops, and quarries.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships and provide after-sales support.




- Achieve sales targets and maintain regular customer follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B, industrial, or field sales.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
