SALES & BRAND REP

VERTICAL : Gym Sampling, Product Promotion & Retail Sales DEPARTMENT : Sales & Marketing EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full-Time

JOB PURPOSE

The Sales & Brand Representative will lead gym-based product promotions and drive revenue through customer engagement, B2B relationships, and brand visibility. The role focuses on generating leads, converting sales, promoting products, and expanding market presence within fitness and wellness channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute product sampling activities at gyms and fitness outlets.
- Promote and sell company products through member and trainer engagement.
- Drive sales conversions through product education and demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with gym owners, trainers, and staff.
- Collect customer data, leads, and feedback to support marketing and product strategy.




- Plan and support promotional events and brand activation at fitness locations.
- Support marketing initiatives to improve brand recall and customer acquisition.

REQUIREMENTS :

- 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in fitness, supplements & health products).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
- Energetic, confident, and skilled in customer engagement.
- Willing to travel and work on flexible schedules if required.
