Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell cosmetic and personal care products at malls, shops, and marts

- Approach customers, explain product features, benefits, and usage :

- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling (if required)

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets :

- Generate orders from retailers and distributors :

- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock availability :

- Maintain relationships with shop owners and store managers :

- Collect market feedback and competitor information

- Submit daily sales reports and target achievement updates :

- Follow company sales ethics and brand guidelines

- Solid communication and convincing skills :





- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset :

- Ability to handle customer objections :

- Basic knowledge of cosmetic products :

- Presentable personality and confidence

- Willingness to travel and work on the field

Qualifications

- 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream)
- experience in cosmetic/retail sales preferred

Preferred Experience

- Experience in cosmetics sales :

- Experience working in malls, supermarkets, or retail chains

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
