Key Responsibilities

- Generate and screen leads through calls, messages, and follow-ups
- Carry out outbound sales activities to onboard current customers
- Manage and track the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress
- Present products and services clearly and highlight key benefits
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented and results-driven approach
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
