The Role We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers who are eager to utilize their exceptional communication skills in a global business workplace. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential B2B clients in the USA, helping to expand our client base through proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities

- Cold Calling : Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients in the USA to introduce our services.
- Lead Identification : Research and identify potential decision-makers and business opportunities within the target market.
- Engagement : Use your communication skills to build rapport and handle initial objections professionally.
- Appointment Setting : Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our senior consultants.
- Reporting :



Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in our CRM system.

What We Are Looking For

- Education : Any Graduate/Undergraduate with a passion for sales.
- Skills : Exceptional verbal communication in English with a clear and confident tone.
- Attitude : Highly motivated, resilient, and a quick learner. You don't need experience; we will train you!
- Shift Readiness : Must be comfortable working in a permanent Night Shift to align with USA business hours.
