manufacturing, accounting and billing, inventory, payroll & HR, and industry-specific Erp such as

stone,ply,and têxtile.

Key responsibilities

1) handle leads from website,ads,whatsapp,referance and partners.

2) identify business type,user count software and decision makers.

3) understand client requirements and provide appropriate solution.

4) explain features, benefits, pricing structure, renewal suitable ERP modules.

5) qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meeting, coordinate online ERP demos.

6) perform regular follow-ups via calls and whatsapp.

7) update CRM with call status, follow ups,and live demonstration, demo installation.

8) coordinate with account team for payments confirmation and closer.

Required skills





1)clear communication (hindi, english, regional language)

2)basic computer and CRM (customer relationship management) knowledge.

3)Strong follow-up and time management skill.

4)Ability to work independently

5)Objection handling capability

Languages Required:

- English, Hindi, Marathi.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Monday to saturday

Job time:

- 10:00 to 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
