Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements :

- Experience in tele sales , loan processing , or financial services preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of banking or loan products is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification :High School Diploma / Graduate .
