Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Attending customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Providing product knowledge to customers including fabric, for, size and ongoing offers.
- Maintaining store visual merchandising and product displays.
- Handle billing for smooth checkout experience.
- Manage stock arrangement, replenishment, and folding as per brand.
- Build postive customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Requirements :
- Qualification 12th pass.
- Prior experience in retail sales.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Personality with interest in fashion and retail.
Advantages :
- Incentive pay on sales targets achieved.
- Salary + incentive pay based on performance.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹32,323.13 per month
