Job Overview : We are hiring a Front Desk & Membership Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers and handle calling for membership sales. The role includes customer interaction, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into paid memberships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle walk-in customers at the front desk.
- Make outbound calls for membership promotions.
- Explain membership advantages, plans, and offers clearly.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed memberships.

Requirements :

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality.
- Comfortable with calling and sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel preferred).
- Freshers with good communication can apply.

Incentives :

- Attractive incentives on each successful membership conversion.
