Job Title : Sales Executive - Pet Store Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with pet-related products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. The role requires product knowledge, passion for pets, and robust communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their needs related to pets, pet food, accessories, and care products
- Provide accurate information and recommendations on pet products and basic pet care
- Drive sales by promoting offers, new arrivals, and premium products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle billing, cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards in the store
- Ensure proper stock display, replenishment, and price tagging
- Assist in stock receiving, inventory checks,



and reporting shortages or damages
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with store manager and team members for smooth store operations
