Location : Sunrise Business Park, 8th Floor, Wagle Estate, Thane West

Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives

Shift : 7:30 PM - 5:30 AM (US Shift)

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Fixed Week Off : Saturday & Sunday

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls with US customers.
- Guide customers on ACA health insurance plans.
- Assist with eligibility and enrollment.
- Deliver excellent customer service.

Eligibility
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
