Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Generate new B2B leads through both online and offline methods.
- Sales Growth : Achieve sales targets and expand business in terms of volume and value.
- Price Negotiation & Order Confirmation : Responsible for negotiating prices with clients and ensuring successful order confirmation.
- Sales Strategy Planning & Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support for their development.
- Market Research : Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Product Knowledge : Have strong understanding of Polymer Additives/Polymer compounds i.e. FR, PP, ABS, Nylon.
- Travel : Travel to other cities and states as required for marketing purposes (15-20 days per month).
- End-to-End Sales Activities : Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to order closure. Collection of payment on time from customers.
- Event Management : Plan and execute events, product launches, webinars,



and trade shows to promote products and build brand loyalty.
