Job Description - Hospital Manager

Position : Hospital Manager Location : Farrukhabad & Chhibramau, Uttar Pradesh Experience : 5-8 Years Salary : ₹40,000- ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience and interview) + Accommodation

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Patient Experience & Services

- Monitor patient flow and minimize waiting time.
- patient complaints and grievances promptly.
- Ensure a high standard of patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to enhance the overall patient experience.

Hospital Operations & Administration

- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, and other Address support services.
- Supervise administrative staff and support departments.
- Manage housekeeping, security, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation, record management, and implementation of hospital policies.
- Coordinate with the HR department for manpower planning, attendance, and staff management.

Compliance & Quality





- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor quality assurance initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to hospital SOPs.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.

Required Skills :

- Robust knowledge of Hospital Administration and Operations.
- Expertise in Patient Relationship Management.
- Sound understanding of NABH standards and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) or MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management .

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
