We are looking for ECM Administrator for our Client.

LOCATION: NOIDA

MODE: WFO - 6 DAYS A WEEK

NOTICE PERIOD: IMMEDIATE - 15 DAYS

Position 3: ECM Administrator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, configuration, and administration of ECM systems, including upgrades and patch management (FileNet 4.5.x to 5.x).

- Handle pre-installation planning, deployment, and environment setup for enterprise content management solutions.

- Provide production support , troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability and performance.

- Work on IBM FileNet P8 suite , including:

- FileNet Content Manager

- IBM Content Navigator

- Case Manager & Case Builder

- Content Collector

- BAW (Business Automation Workflow)

- Manage and maintain workflow cycles , enhancements, and system improvements.

- Configure and generate reports using Case Analyzer .

- Design and manage data models for real-time monitoring and reporting .

- Handle Windows Server (2003/2008/2012) and AIX server environments for ECM solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in FileNet Content Manager.

- Collaborate with development teams for solution optimization and performance improvements .

- Replicate production issues in development environments and implement stable solutions.





- Maintain documentation across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in ECM Administration , specifically with IBM FileNet P8 .

- Strong experience in:

- FileNet versions 4.5, 5.0, 5.1, 5.2.x

- IBM Content Navigator (ICN)

- Case Manager / Case Builder

- Content Collector

- BAW (Business Automation Workflow)

- Hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server deployments.

- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and database concepts .

- Experience in installation, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning .

- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience .

- Familiarity with workflow configuration and management .

- Experience with Windows & AIX server administration .

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in teams, delegate tasks , and drive outcomes
- Good understanding of team collaboration and goal setting

Good to Have

- Experience with Case Analyzer reporting
- Exposure to real-time monitoring dashboards
- Knowledge of enterprise integration and automation workflow
