About the Company

Rajesh Sharma Interior Designer LLP is a leading interior design and execution firm specializing in residential, commercial, and turnkey interior solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Office Attendant to support our day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle office errands, document deliveries, and bank-related work as required.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document management.
- Support office administration and housekeeping activities.
- Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory of pantry and stationery items.
- Assist employees and management with routine office tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers.




- Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are properly maintained.
- Perform any other office support duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Attendant, Office Boy, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and housekeeping practices.
- Ability to communicate politely with staff and visitors.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of handling routine office tasks.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Bengali, Hindi, or English.
- Familiarity with Kolkata city routes for local office-related work.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under supervision.
