Role Objective The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources tasks, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and supporting the workforce at our Sanand facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities interviews, and assisting in the shortlisting process. - Onboarding & Documentation: Managing the joining formalities for new employees, including document verification and maintaining digital and physical employee files. - Attendance & Payroll Support: Monitoring daily attendance logs, managing leave records, and assisting in the preparation of monthly payroll data. - Office Administration:



Handling basic office administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with factory-related HR documentation. - Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for employee queries regarding company - Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply). - Education: Graduate in HR, Business Administration (BBA/MBA). - Skills: - Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws. - Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel and Word). - Solid communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. - Good organizational and time-management abilities. - Traits: A proactive learner with a professional approach to handling confidential information.
