Act as the first point of contact for patients, attendants, and visitors
- Provide explicit information on hospital services, procedures, and facilities
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and administration to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist patients with admissions, discharges, insurance, and referral processes
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, relatives, and external stakeholders
Experience: 0-3years (Hospital experience preferred)
English & Tamil languages speak fluently
Qualification: Any degree,
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
