Job Title: Outbound Calling & Sales Intern (MBA Graduate)Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic MBA graduates to join our team as Outbound Calling & Sales Interns . This role offers hands-on experience in lead generation, sales, and client relationship management . The interns will support our sales and business development team by making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and assisting in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads
- Introduce company products/services and explain key benefits
- Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and lead status in CRM
- Support sales strategy by providing market feedback and insights
- Help achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead generation and sales activities
- Collaborate with the team to implement sales campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Administration preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Result-oriented with the ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

- Prior internship in sales, telecalling, or business development
- Understanding of lead generation and sales process
- Confidence and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Internship Details

- Duration : 6 months

- Location : Pune or Remote

- Working Days : Monday to Friday Learning Outcomes :
