Direct Responsibilities

Infrastructure and Technical - Execute requested actions based on defined procedures and processes:

- Deploy OS & middleware Security/Technical Patches
- Decommission un-used servers and middleware.
- Application/Infra Incident/Problem/Change Management
- Application releases and deployment
- Application/Infra Monitoring
- Application/Infra Automation
- Cloud/Kubernetes Administrations
- Implementation of various dashboards tailored to the needs of different teams/technologies

Contributing Responsibilities

- Contribute to the knowledge transfer with Paris APS teams.
- Contribute to the definition of procedures and processes necessary for the team.
- Help build team spirit and integrate into BNP Paribas culture.
- Contribute to the regular activity reporting and KPI calculation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement actions.
- Contribute to the acquisition by ISPL team of new skills & knowledge to expand its scope

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

- Strong Knowledge of ITIL
- Strong knowledge IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge on Cloud technologies and experienced in Kubernetes & Containers
- Strong Knowledge & experience on technologies like RHEL Linux, Windows, AIX, WAS, CFT and MQ
- Experience with System Scripting on tech like Ansible, Shell Script, PowerShell, Terraform
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling DevOps (Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible)
- Familiarity with Scheduling tools like Autosys, Control M
- Familiarity with database technology is required: Oracle and SQL Server
- Good written and spoken English.
