HR Manager Amanvana Spa Resort, Coorg

Amanvana Spa Resort is hiring an HR Manager with a strong hospitality background , especially in recruitment and training .

Key responsibilities :

- Handle hiring across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B; Service, Kitchen, Maintenance, Spa, and Administration
- Work with department heads on manpower planning
- Conduct induction and training for staff
- Create training plans and maintain training records
- Support employee engagement, discipline, and retention
- Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, and joining/exits
- Support payroll inputs and basic HR compliance

Requirements :

- 5 to 8 years of HR experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality
- Solid experience in recruitment and training
- Good communication and people skills
- Hands-on and practical approach
- Comfortable working in Coorg

Preferred :

- Resort or luxury hospitality experience
- Strong local hiring network or hospitality institute connections

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
