Job Title : Principal - Defence Academy

Location : Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Salary : ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- 1. Academic Leadership :

- Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs aligned with defence exam requirements

2. Admissions Management :

- Lead student admissions, inquiries, and counseling processes
- Develop strategies to achieve admission targets
- Build relationships with parents, students, and educational partners
- Monitor admission funnel and improve conversion rates

3. Marketing & Growth :

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online/offline)
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, events, and outreach programs
- Strengthen the academy’s brand presence in the region
- Organize seminars, school visits, and awareness programs

4. Administration & Operations :

- Oversee daily operations of the academy
- Manage staff (teaching & non-teaching) and ensure accountability
- Maintain discipline, safety,



and residential management standards
- Ensure smooth functioning of hostel, food, and campus facilities

5. Leadership & Team Management :

- Recruit, train, and mentor staff
- Foster a positive and professional work culture
- Conduct meetings, performance reviews, and staff development programs

6. Parent & Stakeholder Communication :

- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress
- Address concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Represent the institution professionally in all external interactions
