Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide effective academic and administrative leadership for the school
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and academic improvement initiatives
- Monitor, evaluate, and support faculty performance and professional development
- Ensure compliance with CBSE/educational board guidelines, policies, and regulations
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and student discipline
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive school environment
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, students, and school management
- Support student achievement, well-being, and holistic development
- Assist in strategic planning, school operations, and institutional growth





Eligibility & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Principal / Vice Principal / Senior Academic Leader
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of curriculum frameworks and school administration
- Ability to motivate teams and drive academic excellence

Experience

- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in a reputed school (can be adjusted)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
