Key Responsibilities : IT Administration :

- Manage and maintain basic IT infrastructure (systems, networks, software) :

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

- Support internal teams with technical assistance

- Maintain system security and data backups

Telecalling / Client Handling :

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads :

- Handle inbound enquiries and provide required information

- Maintain call records and update status regularly

- Build and maintain good client relationships

CRM & ERP Management :

- Update and manage customer data in CRM systems :

- Handle ERP software entries and reports :

- Track leads, conversions, and client interactions :

- Generate reports as required by management

Documentation :

- Prepare and manage documents using MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools :

- Maintain records, reports, and official documentation :





- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and reports

- Ensure proper filing and documentation processes

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting

- Strong communication and telecalling skills :

- Knowledge of CRM and ERP software :

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF)

- Positive organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in telecalling or customer support :

- Knowledge of basic networking

- Familiarity with data entry and reporting tools
