- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on HR and organizational matters
- Talent Management & Workforce Planning :
- Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Design and implement retention strategies
- Policy & Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Oversee PF, ESIC, payroll, and other statutory compliances
- Performance Management :
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems
- Drive a performance-driven culture
- Employee Engagement & Culture :
- Foster a positive work environment and strong organizational culture
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Compensation & Benefits :
- Design competitive compensation structures and advantages programs
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- HR Operations :
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, HRIS, and administration
- Drive HR process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
- Leadership & Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
- Build a strong HR function capable of supporting business growth

Qualifications :
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- Additional certifications in HR or leadership (preferred)

- Proven track record in handling large teams and multi-location operations
