Job Summary

The Cloud Support Executive is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for cloud-based infrastructure and services. The role involves monitoring cloud environments, troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor cloud environments, servers, and services to ensure uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and incidents and provide timely resolution.
- Assist in cloud deployment, configuration, and maintenance .
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings .
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and data management processes .
- Coordinate with development, network, and system teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain documentation for cloud systems, processes, and troubleshooting guides .
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards .

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field .
- 1-4 years of experience in cloud support,



system administration, or IT support .

Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform .
- Understanding of Linux / Windows Server administration .
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, TCP/IP) .
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools .
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell / Python) is a plus.

Soft Skills

- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills .
- Good communication and documentation skills .
- Ability to work in shift-based or 24/7 support environments .
- Customer-focused approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Ticket resolution time and response time .
- System uptime and availability .
- Customer satisfaction and support quality.
- Effective incident and problem management .

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
