The Security Incharge is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the campus, students, staff, visitors, and property by supervising security operations and enforcing security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage security guards and duty schedules.
- Monitor campus security, including entry/exit and CCTV surveillance.
- Ensure safety of students, staff, visitors, and assets.
- Respond to emergencies and security incidents promptly.
- Maintain security records, visitor logs, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with administration and local authorities when required.
- Ensure compliance with campus security and safety policies.
- Daily meeting with all securities and weekly audit.
Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in security supervision (defense, police, educational institutions, or industry preferred).
Skills
- Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures.
- Basic computer skills and report writing.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
