Key ResponsibilitiesSystems & Infrastructure

- Manage and maintain on-premise and/or cloud servers (Windows/Linux).
- Oversee network infrastructure , backups, security, access control, and system uptime.
- Handle user management , permissions, Active Directory, and endpoint security.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure software licensing compliance .

Software & Application Management

- Lead implementation and administration of Power BI and other reporting/analytics platforms.
- Ensure timely software upgrades, patches, and version control .

Automation & AI Enablement

- Identify manual and repetitive processes and implement automation solutions (Power Automate, scripting, RPA, etc.).
- Support adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve data processing, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with business teams (MIS, Operations, Design, etc.)

Data & Reporting Support

- Enable faster and more accurate data access and reporting for MIS and leadership teams.
- Support integration of databases, reporting tools, and dashboards.
- Reduce manual data entry and improve system-driven workflows.

IT Support & Governance

- Act as the primary IT owner for issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and preventive controls.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and IT policies.
- Ensure IT best practices, security standards, and compliance are followed.

Pay: ₹11,368.11 - ₹30,000.00 per month
