JD for Nursing Staff (Female Only, GW - General Ward)

The Nursing Staff in the General Ward is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patients, administering medications, and ensuring that all patient needs are met within the general ward setting. This role requires effective communication with doctors, patients, and their families.

Responsibilities :

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians.
- Assist in patient assessments and care planning.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare management.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Participate in shift handovers and team meetings.

KPIs :

- Patient satisfaction and feedback.
- Medication administration accuracy.
- Response time to patient calls.
- Number of patient incidents or falls.




- Nursing documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Time to discharge or patient recovery time.

KRIs :

- High rate of patient complaints or dissatisfaction.
- Medication errors or adverse reactions.
- Increased patient falls or injuries.
- Delays in care or non-compliance with treatment plans.
- Inaccurate or incomplete documentation.
- Staff burnout or turnover.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
