We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Billing Executive to join our team. Prior dental billing experience is not mandatory. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, can quickly understand dental products and services, and is willing to adapt to our systems, processes, and workflows.

Responsibilities :

- Learn and understand our dental products, services, and billing processes.
- Process billing-related tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Review and maintain records and documentation.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients as required.
- Follow established workflows, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist with claim processing, payment tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Identify issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Continuously improve knowledge of dental terminology, products, and industry practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.




- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in healthcare, dental, billing, customer support, or administration is a plus but not required.
