Identify highvalue customer segments for crosssell using behavioural data and predictive analytics
Analyse campaign performance across channels and recommend actions to improve conversion & ROI
Partner with marketing to analyse channel performance, campaign effectiveness, and audience targeting.
Build datadriven customer journeys for hyperpersonalized communication across digital channels
Conduct rootcause analysis of portfolio trends, acquisition quality, and campaign outcomes
Collaborating with Credit, Risk, Business, Marketing, and Product teams to build dataled strategies
Drive process improvements across data, reporting, and analytics workflows
Build actionable insights to improve collection efficiency, pre-delinquency management and reduce overdue buckets.
Develop segmentation strategies for early-, mid-, and latestage collections.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any quantitative discipline.2–4 years of relevant experience in risk analytics, preferably in BFSI.
Strong command of Excel, SQL, Python/R, and statistical modelling.




Prior exposure to PL portfolio analytics OR XSell & Collection Analytics.
