About the job
The telecaller is the first point of contact for our customers. You will call leads received through email and CRM, explain our service, collect the required documents, and schedule the site survey. After the survey, you will follow up with the customer on prerequisites until the site is ready for installation.
Key responsibilities

1. Call leads from the CRM and email promptly in Hindi or English, and introduce the company and its services.
2. Understand the customer's basic requirement and confirm their interest and eligibility.
3. Collect and verify the required documents from customers (via WhatsApp or email) and keep them organized.
4. Schedule the site survey at a convenient date and time, and assign the lead to the field vendor or survey team.
5. Coordinate with the customer and vendor to ensure the survey is completed on time.
6. Update the CRM with call status, survey status, and customer remarks, and share daily and weekly reports.
7. Make quality check (QC) calls and correct any data or document gaps flagged.
8. Share the survey-based prerequisites with the customer and follow up until they are completed.
9. Once prerequisites are complete, inform the team so installation can be scheduled. If not, keep following up until the customer confirms.
10. Coordinate with the team on material readiness before installation. Skill(s) required

A. Qualifications:

1. Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
2. ITI Electrical or a technical diploma is an added advantage
3. 0–2 years of telecalling or customer support experience (freshers can apply)

B. Skills required:

1. Fluent Hindi and good working English
2. Clear, polite communication and solid follow-up discipline
3. Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email, WhatsApp)
4. Basic understanding of electrical or technical products
5. Ability to work towards targets and maintain accurate records

C. Key performance indicators:

1. Daily calls and lead contact rate
2. Survey scheduling rate and on-time survey completion
3. Document collection accuracy
4. Prerequisite closure within the defined timeline
5. CRM data accuracy and QC pass rate

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
