Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.
Utilize Tally software to accurately process customer orders, track shipments, and manage inventory data.
Create and maintain customer accounts in our system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Generate reports using MS Office tools to analyze customer trends and provide insights for improvement.
Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and software systems.




Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
