You will build secure, ultra-low-latency backend systems handling order matching, custodial management, and real-time data streaming. Working closely with cross-functional teams-including product managers, DevOps, and security researchers-you will translate complex business logic into reliable, performant code. This role is pivotal in shaping our technical roadmap, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring our centralized platforms maintain institutional-grade security and reliability.Key Responsibilities- Architect and scale the core backend ledger, order-matching engines, and asset-balancing systems to handle millions of concurrent transactions with zero downtime.- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle from initial system design to deployment, emphasizing microservices architecture and high-availability systems.- Optimize system performance by implementing ultra-low latency backend services in Rust or Golang,
