Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate for our Food & Beverage operations in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our guests' dining experience, delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality. You will work collaboratively with our F&B; team to create memorable moments for every guest who walks through our doors, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded at every touchpoint.
Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing them with a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure
Take accurate food and beverage orders while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Deliver orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are consistently maintained
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues creatively and collaboratively with team members
Maintain clear communication with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and food quality standards
Set and clear tables with meticulous attention to detail,



adhering to established service protocols and brand standards
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and proactively address any concerns to ensure a positive experience
Assist in training and mentoring new team members, leading by example and fostering a supportive team environment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Support inventory management and assist with restocking supplies as needed
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and guest needs in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Collaborate with colleagues across all departments to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
Qualifications

Service-focused personality with a genuine passion for food and beverage hospitality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet
Demonstrated experience in guest service, food and beverage service, or a similar hospitality role
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining individual accountability
Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic hygiene practices
Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
Ability to maintain composure and deliver outstanding service during peak service periods
Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, systems, and service standards
Inclusive mindset with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse guests and team members
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout extended service periods
Positive attitude and professional demeanor in all guest interactions
