Director - Head of Enterprise Platform & Services: Our Leading customer in Insurance Sector is seeking a technology leader to drive the enterprise vision, strategy, and execution across Data, Workflow, Contact Center, Portals, and Print & Correspondence platforms . This role will lead modernization, AI adoption, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives supporting our TPA and benefits administration business.

Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for Data, Workflow, Digital Portals, Contact Center, and Correspondence platforms.

Lead enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, AI/ML, and cloud modernization initiatives.

Oversee customer, client, provider, and employer-facing portal platforms and digital experiences.

Lead modernization of call centre technologies, omnichannel servicing, and self-service capabilities.

Manage print and correspondence platforms supporting customer and regulatory communications.

Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure,



and compliant solutions & build and lead high-performing global technology and data teams.

15+ years of experience in Enterprise Technology, Data, Digital Platforms, or Operations Technology.

- 7+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale teams and transformation programs.

- Hands-on understanding of Python, SQL, Snowflake, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Data Architecture.

Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, TPA, Advantages Administration, or Financial Services.

Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, Data Governance, and Customer Experience platforms.

Experience with FastAPI, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern cloud-native technologies.
