Role : Lead WLAN Test Engineer - Mobile Radio Test SolutionsYour tasks :- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate WLAN measurement functionality, performance, and reliability.- Perform both manual and automated testing to verify WLAN features, measurement accuracy, and system behavior under various operating conditions.- Identify, reproduce, isolate, debug, and document defects or technical issues discovered during testing, and collaborate closely with development teams to drive resolution.- Utilize WLAN test tools and equipment to simulate real-world network and RF scenarios and evaluate system performance under varying conditions.- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to WLAN testing, RF validation, and network management.- Contribute ideas and implement improvements within the area of responsibility to enhance quality, efficiency, and test coverage.Minimum of 7+ years of experience in testing,



preferably in WLAN or wireless networking environments.- Robust understanding of wireless networking technologies, including WLAN/Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be), RF fundamentals, and WLAN measurement principles.- Hands-on experience with WLAN measurement and test equipment such as signal generators, protocol analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.- Strong Python programming skills, with practical experience using Pytest and SCPI. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across geographically distributed, cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.- Additional Skills :- Experience of any Protocol Simulators like R&S; CMX500 or CMW500 (ref:hirist.
