This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

Lead and mentor team members while collaborating closely across project disciplines.

Manage and resolve MEP design requirements using technical expertise and established project processes.

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring programme, cost, quality and HSW targets are met.

Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies across the project.

Support digital,



MMC and sustainability initiatives, including driving Mace's net‑zero carbon objectives.

Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience.

Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.

Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
